This cable will work with the Actron product to link to vehicles prior to OBD-II. This plugs right into my 88 s10 and connects perfectly to the computer.

Recieved the cable quickly and it works like it's supposed to. Just be aware that it is just one cable and not a kit.

If you happen to be the owner of any GM vehicle with that goofy OBD version "1.5" than this may be one of the only solutions to using a scan tool on the vehicle. I am using this adapter cable with an Actron CP9145 scan tool, and it works great on my 95 Grand Am. Aside from going to a dealer and being charged $70+ read/clear codes with their GM Tech I/II, this is a much better solution. The live sensor data mode is especially helpful for troubleshooting when just a trouble code is not enough.
